Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was processing the arrest for troy and i was writing the report he had already taken his yime to give me his name and was all round just a nightmare to deal with in the cells so i was in no rush to deal with him quickly however i wasnt taking the piss i gave him some food and went back to doing my report once i had finished i came off the pnc and he was no longer im the cells i put out a warrant for him
