Please (in detail) describe the incident: So it was a casual day at the mines when I was casually filling up my truck, I hop onto my back and these guys pull up and claim to own the mine and were acting more threatening than usual, I then speed off after a conversation and then radio'd in for backup because they were threatening me subtly but I could sense the situation would grow worse.

Back up arrives and we pull out our weapons and tell them to get in the car and not to comeback ever, they then start shouting at us while driving off and of course they threatened to come back so we shot at them, as we shot at them we got two of them and they would not roleplay being injured just shouted at me specifically "I'm going to get you f@ggot" or "You in the tattoos I am coming for you", which when you get killed you're not supposed to remember or go to the place you downed for (15 minutes) correct me if I'm wrong.

Again we got the other guy and they were still shouting slurs and not even acting injured even being shot in the head and body which they should've been dead at that point. (If you need more details please do not hesitate to ask we have bodycam footage of the incident with IDs)

From what I can see, it's clear that the reported individuals were not aware / following server rules, as multiple different ones have been broken by them.

924 Clearly drops the F bomb near the end of the video.

935 (I believe you stated the wrong ID in the report according to the video) Keeps saying he will remember this and comeback for you guys even though it's clear he will not make it and most likely be dumped. He was also shot in the head, but keeps on talking like nothing has happened and does not act injured whatsoever, instead he keeps saying he is going to come for you. 

924 Permanent ban under rule : (C1.2) - Discrimination  

935 48h ban in accordance with FBS under rule: (G4.4) - When you are revived/downed
