What best describes this incident ?: RDM - Killing another player without a valid RP reason
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I loaded into the server onto my police Character. Upon spawning at the Job Hub, i went towards the side door as i normally would where there was a person picking the lock on the door. I asked them what they were doing and he proceeded to run off. i followed him saying i wanted to talk before he stabbed me out of the blue and ran off shouting "Fuck the police". Given the fact that i hadnt been in the server for any longer than 20 seconds, this does not allow me to have an RP interaction with him which in my opinion makes this situation RDM as there was too little time to create an RP Reason for him to stab me let alone an RP interaction to begin.
