I had just robbed a gas station and I was heading away from there when I see a person being robbed, I watch them for about 5 seconds when all of a sudden I am taking fire. I am trying to gather as much evidence of these people as I can and I drive around to try and get their names. Eventually I crash and I see them getting into their vehicles and I see them heading towards me. I made the conclusion that these people were gonna kill me so I take out my pistol and open fire on them. Me being a shitty shooter resulted in me dying. Next thing they execute me without proper roleplaying. I sent them messages with the in-game phone asking them to come to teamspeak and resolve the situation but they refuse

After reviewing this report I came to the following conclusion.

At first it's not known to me who is actually shooting you when you leave the gas station however I can see this is not A.Mahone. You drive away and crash. Then 2 vehicles drive towards you and you start to engage on one of them, however for you there was no reason to start engaging on this person some shots were fired in your direction true however you simply do not know who this was. Then A.Mahone kills you without any roleplay. You are only engaging on the second person (which I am unable to identify) and not on Mahone himself. Therefore making the shooting RDM. He then proceeds to execute you with no additional roleplay given.

So therefore I can conclude that both him and you were in the wrong at this situation. 

So therefore you will be awarded with a warning for RDM (take in mind you have had a few warnings in the past and we can't continue giving you warnings) and he will be banned under 2.2 and 7.1.3.
