Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my friends landing infront of laundry scouting the policemen camping. Then this "Hellcat" comes and tries to prevent us from lifting of. Sure, that is ok but it seems a bit more like a ramming on this video!
From my point of view we lift of, the hellcat is dramatically decreasing in altitude. Yeah sure we are getting higher up, but then he lowers his tail and smacks in to our tail. YES he probably tries to slow down but still.
We lost a total of 2.49 million (unlandered? - unwashed) money and yeah we got a little bit dissappointed .

We couldnt get in touch with the person as he was not willing to communicate with us. The only thing he gave us was his badge number 8680 (fake?)

Certainly. I was hoping that the individual reporting me would post a longer video but it appears not.  When I went in for my approach to the helicopter, it hadn't began its ascent, this inclined me to attempt to hover above it and prevent it from moving anywhere. When the helicopter started ascending, I quickly tried to slow down and level the helicopter as seen from my perspective.  I had no intentions of hitting the helicopter because I know all too well that it doesn't end well for either parties. As soon as I went above the helicopter, i began to receive shots from his two friends without any warning (RDM) that continued to shoot at my helicopter until they where killed. After the combat situation had ended, I went in to land to repair my helicopter and get more fuel, as heard from the video at the end, the individual breaks RP.  The individual reporting me later breaks roleplay requesting me to TS and later stating that he requires my name as he wishes to report me for Ramming.  I don't wish to show either of those situations as I believe people deserve second chances, as I know from the last time that I was reported quite some time ago.  I can understand that he is upset from losing out on money but I feel that this report is out of frustration and considering the circumstances, not thought through very well.

Regarding this comment, it is completely untrue,  I gave him my badge number and name during the situation that took place. I brought the three individuals back to NPAS and called the medics for them. All three chose to lay on the ground and not say a word until the 'reportee' asks for my badge number and the proceeds to hold F and bleed out and a minute or so later, so did his friends

Well if im sure, side channel is for out of character. And I wrote in side channel because we didnt know who caused this situation. And then you didnt respond so I didnt have any alternatives left then reporting.  Yes what you are saying is true we bled out. My two friends completely bled out before the medic came just a few meters away, and my game got "no message recieved" - I still had internet though. 

Why you were recieving shots by my partners were because we saw this as a VDM and then they thought they could aswell RDM, 1 - 1 = 0.  

I mean this is a really hard situation to solve.

- Clearly not out of frustration. Why im report is because it simply looked like VDM. And if im sure you report what you think is a rule break, right?

This situation isn't difficult to solve at all.
It is never okay, and never has been okay to break a rule because you believe someone else has done so. 

- N0rdv4ll you should always complete your role play to the fullest and not just go quiet because you believe a rule break has occurred.

As for your two friends, as a result of your joint decision and admission that they chose to commit RDM against Antollyme they have been banned. RDM is not tolerable and I find this notion that you can break rules if someone else does to be particularly disturbing. Hopefully with the conclusion of this report that notion dies a well founded death.  

- Antollyme, while I appreciate where you are coming from with your side of the story you go in for what is in essence a particularly risky maneuver and in this case have been caught out. You approach the Orca from behind and there is no guarantee that N0rdv4ll would have been able to see you until you were right on top of him. In this case, he did see you approaching but on both video's we can see that the Orca is airbourne before the Hellcat is controlling the airspace. 
I can see from your video that you do attempt to get your tail out of the way and I do not feel as though you had the intention of damaging the Orca in any way. Based on this I will be issuing you with a warning for VDM in this instance as a reminder to be very careful when using this kind of high risk strategy. In all cases of this maneuver you should be clearly in control of the airspace before the opposing helicopter has left the ground as I am sure you are aware.
