Please (in detail) describe the incident

During our NCA Patrol we stopped to talk to a hatchback that had stopped and started talks, however before we could do anything we were rammed with a red sporty driven by ASF Bigmandan. It was a clearcut ram/vdm and it also killed his friend, which they were most likely talking to each other about ramming us. He then decided to laugh and finding the incident rather funny while we were not very happy about the incident. Showing that he does not care about the rules.
