Please (in detail) describe the incident

So this guy enters in my friends car with out permission, after that he said he was going to protect us, we drove to the police so we can complain about it because he got in the car with out permission, asked his name and he didn't answear, after that we started driving away got in a accident (kinda glitchy) and got hurt, when the medics arrived he got up pulled out his gun and executed me.
The I mentioned "tropical" in discord was not meta gaming I've had met him already in altis. You can also confirm that the guy was in the car went to hide behind the building.

After reviewing the new evidence it is clearly no quality roleplay leading up to the execution therefor RDM.
