I was roleplaying with Adam Jones, Paulo Serafin and Wolf and we were just about to search Mr Jones under suspicion of murder due to a charge on his name. We go ahead to attempt to search the man and he pulls out what looks like to be an MX and pulls the trigger proceeding to kill all three of us. He then proceeded to log off the server as he could not leave the police building.

This situation kicked off in Kavala Square where this gentlemen decided to start insulting me, I then proceeded to detain him under the charge of Verbal Assault. Later on I found out his name through RP, checked his PNC and he had an account of murder on his name. Tried to solve that peacefully and he kept insulting and interrupting in order to make a point that Staff members have proved to him to be pointless and unreasonable.
After spending at least 15 minutes trying to calm him down and have a decent and friendly conversation, Wolf Cicero showed up affirming to be his lawyer which I accepted and faced it to be a good chance for Adam to have a better understanding of the server rules and the charges that he may face when doing rebel activities as well as some High Quality RP experience. I took Adam upstairs and let Wolf go as well, escorted the detained man to his cell and proceed to unrestrain him. By his previous behavior I predicted that he would try to shoot me while inside a cell (as the video shows). Wolf as his lawyer tried to protect his "client" as much as possible by preventing me to search him and when I was going to, Adam gets his MX out of his backpack and shoots me, Wolf and Owen who was patrolling with me at that time. He then proceeded to call me a "Fucktard" and break RP right after.
Once I got revived I stop recording but RDMed once again has Gordon of the Staff Team may confirm since he was there and had a chat with him referring to this situation.
After that he also "initiated" on Wolf's car saying, and I quote: "Stop or die" only after started shooting.


At the beginning I wanted to call him to TS in order to answer his questions about what he claimed I did wrong and even after the first episode of RDM, taking in consideration that he repeated not only once but twice after having a chat with staff members I felt the need to report him without talking to him on TS since he has shown to be disrespectful on both RP and out of it, as so I would to avoid drama, being insulted, disrespected and having someone shouting at me when I believe to be the one who's right.


Everything that is in this report has been shown, told or witnessed by the player who has being reported, as the video and the image show.
