I robbed this guy before and after I crashed my car, I started to repair it and he drove ahead of me and tried to cut me up as seen in video. Then, I come across and fallen officer, I try to help him and then he VDM glitches me... After trying to resolve it with him multiple times, he refused.

Yep, no need to wait on the timer here as it is a clear cut VDM and trying to avoid the chat logs saying it aswell by changing seats before, not good.
