Please (in detail) describe the incident

this guy threatened cops life so i rubbered him as soon as one of the officers i was on patrol with restrained him he disconnected in game and soon after closed ts so i couldnt get in contact with him, i did wait about 30 minutes to see if he connected again but he never did. I believe this is LS Nick connected under a different name.
