Honked my horn to get the attention of 2 hobos on the bridge, I get out my vehicle to ask what he was saying because it he wasn't very loud. Obviously when you have a pistol and get out of a car it is upholstered and he sprays me down. I attempted to contact "Akers" 3 times in side chat and he completely blanked me.
