Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a routine patrol CI Avion Solar was in pursuit of vehicle and myself and Delanny assisted in the fail to stop. Once stopped the 2 occupants pulled weapons and assaulted us.
Both gentlemen taken to Davis PD and one gent with the horses head decided to log off and never returned whilst we let him go to the toilet.
Number 96 as per image done this a short time later in front of the 3 police and his lawyers. We stayed for another 10 minutes and he never returned.
tonight at approx 2300 i removed a gent causing a nuisance at Pillbox to discover it was the same lad from earlier today and clearley he never returned back to Davis PD
As him to go to QE but he did not know what I was talking about as wanted to have a chat regarding him vanishing today.
