I was driving down Kavala When I start receiving shot unknown direction I make a u-turn, hop out of the car and person kept shooting, me so I shot him. I didn't try resolve issues on TS because the player had gone after server restart on 18:00, Did not find him on TS.

@Kempi Anderson A is a editing program Davidci resolve had some problems choice B) Lag on shadow play or in game. I can try upload 20min footage raw on YouTube and resolve issue 

Look up I have lag spike on video so it's stop but audio is keep going I will upload video on raw on YouTube / somewhere else So you can here audio

From the video we can clearly see that you had no previous interactions with the person and absolutely no roleplay leading up to him shooting you. This is a clear cut case of RDM.
