Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me, INS Dean Cain and PC Mattay decided to provide a Police Escort to a man doing a Diamond Run in a HMMT Transport. Less than a minute into the escort, 2 armed individuals(Alecander and Hector) decamped from there black SUV and shot at his tires. I don't think they issued compliance to him, and even if they did they didn't give him time to stop or slow down before shooting, but that's not what this report is about.
Me and my patrol pulled over to deal with these men, and as I approached them with my gun holstered they shot me, and killed Dean with not initiation whatsoever. I started pulling my gun out but didn't fire because he started talking (I wanted to know what he was trying to say and why he'd just shot us), but he shot me instantly after anyway. Hector then proceeded to kill Mattay.
I tried telling them to come on TS and they ignored me.

My patrol the re spawned at Agios, and after 5 minutes we spotted the black SUV in Agios and tried to pull it over. After a 2 minute long chase they decamped and shot at our vehicle, and then proceeded to kill Dean again with no initiation. I then killed them both, and revived them and brought them to the Kavala holding cell.
Keep in mind I tried telling them to get on TS and Mattay tried telling them to read the rules through // but they ignored us.
Well in the holding cell, Alexander started being homophobic, and then they both metagamed my name because they hadn't read server rules.
