Please (in detail) describe the incident
Was Walking about Kavala Before Restart just seeing what was about then i see AlexLcn jump into a broken car to place over a person who was run over, so i followed him, saw he got another car out and went to ram someone i waited till he repaired his car so i could see if he was running people over, so in order to have a word with him i initiated he jumps into his car and speeds of, then he turns around and proceeds to run me and another guy over, i can upload a longer vid if you wish but this was in the last few mins before restart, i could not resolve with player as he was not on teamspeak and i couldn't remember his name before server reset also i doubt very much he would reply due to his behaviour. thank you for your time
