Im sitting in Kavala square looking at the forums, tab back in and continue playing. As pulling out of the Parking Area i see a black suv and get curious to what hes doing, so I follow him down to motors where him and his friend noticed me they pulled into an ally way. I noticed that the were gonna try something since they hopped out with guns so i start to flee the scene. As im driving off i hear one saying "Stop the car" 3 times then proceed to spray me out of the vehicle. "Alistair A.V.F" was the man you shot me out of the car (as you can see in kill feed). Now for why im reporting "Callum A.V.F", He is the guy who executed me and followed through it with poor roleplay. As you can see from 1:20 to 1:30 and yes 10 seconds to properly roleplay with them before tapping them mid sentence.

before continuing with this I'm going to tag @Alistair to see if he would like to give us his side of the story.

 
this dude had followed us all the way from the airport until we lost him, then he did the same thing when we got into kavala. If he didnt drive away when we told him not to which imo was not valuing his life since we had the jump on him,  we would of had some good rp but it was obvious to us he was trying to jump us/rob us, i didnt have chance to ask him why he was following us because callum double tapped him. You can see in the video he took his helmet off so we wouldn't recognise him but we recognised the car anyway...

 
I also believe this falls under baiting since he was following us like this from the airport until we managed to lose him, then continued to do so when he saw us in kavala, which i think he was doing so we would initiate on him, but it didn't go his way obviously since he tried to drive away from 2 guys pointing assault rifles at him from a couple meters away telling him to stop the vehicle.....

 
Okay I don't know what this whole story is that you made up is but before the recording i was just parked up at Kavala looking at my other staff report here "https://youtu.be/mWpqoI_6Tz4" (@Kempi Anderson My Shadowplay only records 7 and half minutes before its pressed). Big clarification im reporting Callum because i believe you've broken (7.1.3) after not engaging in High Quality Roleplay before executing me, he just shot me mid sentence. Im reporting you because the initiation that was given did give me a clear command but never told me what action will be taken if i do not do so. Thats like me running up to someone with a gun out yell hands up 3 times then shoot them if they don't, its completely bad roleplay in general. Lastly you claim that this is a form of baiting not baiting at all i followed you because i had intentions on robbing both of you not for a gunfight.

Also I took my mask off I put my helmet back on, didnt worry about being recognized because i never interacted with ya before.

the story i have "made up" is the truth, regardless if 2 people pointing assault rifles tell you to do something would you do it or put the car in revers and risk your life, personally i would value my life and do as im told since there is no way for me to escape and since you had already followed us like this before this its obvious what your whole plan was like i said in my statement...???

I had no idea you guys were gonna end my life right there and then, many if not all rebels run around with their guns out for self protection so you couldve said 100 things in that scenario that werent lethal to my life. For example "If you drive off your tires will be disable" or "Step out of the vehicle for me so we can talk". I can make the statement of I intended to rob you because we are out of roleplay,  in roleplay you had zero give aways besides me following you from the square to motors. No firearm visible at anytime by your POV so to instantly go to spraying someone down instead of shooting their tires so you can have a world with me and RP.

Pointing a Firearm at someone is not any form of initiation you have to tell the person what you want them to do and if not whats gonna happen by your logic you can shoot anyone that points a gun at you or vise versa instantly because, its obvious what their gonna do right?

 
like i said you were doing the same thing all the way from the airport until we ditched you at a gas station so we knew you were being shady and waiting for an opportunity to rob us or jump us, so we took the initiative and told you to stop the car with guns drawn on you, by your logic if someone was to draw a gun on you, you just brush it off like nothings gonna happen and be on your merry way, you have guns pointed at your head act like you have guns pointed at your head and then you will get some rp instead of trying to drive off when you are completely trumped.....

It still doesn't change the fact that its a poor roleplay cant just yell at someone stop and then spray them down, what gas station? were you on the main road? because if you weren't aware everyone uses the main road, How would i lose you in a vehicle that goes twice as fast as yours?, Do you have any video proof of me following you?, and wouldn't i try to find you or wait for you somewhere if i was following you i literally sat in a greenzone and continued writing my report on another player.

You seem to criticize my choices but if you would have told me i was gonna be shot like every other proper initiation i would have acted differently, and you talk about valuing my life like its a rule if i want to be a reckless suicidal rebel i can nothing against it.

 
i doubt you would of acted differently, it was on the main road everytime we slowed down you slowed down behind us then we sped up and you crashed at a corner and we pulled behind a gas station we watched you speed passed at full speed i think trying to catch up to us, it isnt just coincidence that you saw our vehicle in kavala and thought i will rob those guys dont try play it off like that....

i think you need to show the 10 minutes before hand like asked too tbh instead of telling me to show evidence

 
im just saying its very convenient you provide a small snippet of you spotting a "random" suv and following it like that, which is exaclty the same way you were following us around for  the almost entire journey to kavala from airport until we ditched you on a corner......

 
so interesting that your video cuts in just before you crashed on that corner and speed past us while we hid behind a gas station.... literally the gas station up the road...
