Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and my patrol buddy max s. were pursuing a vehicle that was wanted for 1 count of vehicle theft, a load of other units joined us and we eventually after about 6-10 mins of chasing he crashed, got out and just started spraying at officers for no good reason.
Also i'd like to add we had no chance to initiate on his tires and we also didn't initiate with tazers properly as he didn't give any time before shooting.
