I was robbing his ''friend'' after me knocking down his friend without any lethal initiation i got shot down without any warning.

Hello,

In fact after watching the video I realized you are correct. At the time I thought Manuel had given you proper warning but apparently he just said "I've some homies around here" which is not enough to be considered a warning imo.

Having the idea that Manuel had given you proper warning was why I told you "feel free to report". That being said, I'll happily try to reach a compensation agreement since you lost your pistol.
