Myself and [TCK] Aaron Burr (Max ORyan) were on our way from a situation at Altis Metal Exports. We've spent some time hiring hobos to do some work with us and help us out. As we've seen that Kore Fuel is being robbed we started making our way over there hoping in hiring a new member for our cause. As we've approached and pulled over, all we could see was a hobo with a pistol inside and he very briefly shouted something like 'Get out before you dead'. We, as fully geared rebels, got out as we wanted to speak with the Leo (who was robbing the station).
That moment we've started receiving shots from at least 3 different directions as they were well set up and prepared for a gunfight with either police or rebels.

No roleplay was given to us and we weren't aware of the presence of other people in the area. Max was shot by Odin, I've then pushed the building, shot leo and attempted to unsuccessfully defend myself as I was completely surrounded. We were not at all aware of other people set up in the area, there was no roleplay and no reasonable initiation, and fully geared gang set up at a fuel station while hobo with a weapon is robbing somehow resembles me of baiting.

When we both died I attempted to ask these guys to come to TeamSpeak to have a chat about it (see screenshots below) but all I've received was just a few cocky responses of *We don't care, go report us*. I've spoken to staff about this situation and we agreed to me putting this report up as it seems to be completely reasonable.

I believe that all, [AO] Odin, [AO] Twisted, [AO] Drood, leo have broken these rules

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM)
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay,
(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. *, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.*

Can you extend the video up until the time of your death? Just so I can see who killed you apart from the screenshot.

 
Oh hey the same thing happened to me in my patrol! Same guys too with the same structure aswell. I also reported for this by the way.

 
I also had another situation with these boys a few days back.

We landed at drug dealer in a heli and immediately start taking shots i chase one of the guys and without any words said he goes behind a rock and starts shooting at me.

I asked him multiple times to come to TS and got this response.

My apologises if i should not be posting in here but thought id just throw in some more evidence of these boys being poor.

 
I don't have a longer video, However you can clearly see Max (Aaron Burr) being shot - in a side chat as well as a screenshot of myself being downed - shot by [AO] Odin. You wouldn't be able to see where I was shot from as I haven't personally confronted anyone but Leo (that hobo) and then was shot from across the road.

You ran at him with a gun and asked him to stop. In real life that is threatening so this is an invaild report.

Initiate? Please tell me you are joking. Your mate said something like *get out of car or dead* gave absolutely no roleplay, failed to inform us he has friends in the area and you guys were totally set up for a gunfight... 

This is not *shitroleplay.co.uk* mate, and if you consider that a valid initiation you have no right to be part of this community. What you did there is less then bare minimum of what you could've said to make us comply with whatever you wanted.

Rule 3.7 (Baiting) clearly states that robbing a service station with an intent of a gunfight is punishable by a ban. You were set up around the service station from multiple directions, all geared up with good weapons. You've planted a gang member with no gear and just a pistol to rob the station and intiated the first moment you could on someone who was just stopping by. You were clearly set up for an offensive action, as we've posed no direct threat, jumped out from the car with weapons on our back and wanted to approach your mate with no hostile intentions.. We were there as rebels, not as a police, therefore you couldn't have know what our intentions are and whether they are hostile or not.

If you were set up defensively, you would wait for us to show some hostility, initiate on your friend... at that point we could be deemed as hostile and you can easily defend your friend by issuing compliance and making us either leave OR cause gunfight. 

I've been part of this community for quite a while and I've seen a lot as a rebel as well as a police officer, but what you did there is probably the shitiest thing I've seen so far.

And you know what is the worst part? That you don't even find anything wrong with what you did there! You disgust me.

 
i dont understand why i am involved in this because you killed my friend and then i kill one of yours and eye for an eye? in the video you do say 'can i light them up' so your intentions were to kill us anyway so i dont understand why you're being so salty

Have you even read the rules? Do you have common sense? I'm not sure how much experience you have on this server, but this place is a bit diffirent than you usual shooty shooty servers.

I've quoted a few rules in my initial report, and I will go a bit in depth as you clearly are totally clueless about what you've done wrong.

I believe I've explained the rule 3.7 in depth in my previous response, so let's dive straight into 7.1.3 before I get to RDM (2.2)

Rule 7.1.3 clearly states that killing and/or executing someone has to be carried or with a good quality roleplay. Besides of that you also have to give the person time to comply. Your initiation went as follow "Get out and you dead" - is in no way high quality roleplay (if roleplay at all), we jumped out of the car as all we've seen was a hobo and wanted to approach him to ACTUALLY roleplay. We were denied that by immediately receiving shots by others that we haven't seen as we were not made aware of anyone else's presence! Which is mandatory if you are making an initiation, besides of that being common sense, you are technically obliged to issue compliance and inform that you have people set up in the area. Which you've clearly failed to.

Just to clarify, at that point I was a police officer on holidays - therefore my affiliation with the gang has nothing to do with my report. I believe you were not mentioned in this report (correct me if I'm wrong) and please refrain from posting on this thread again, as long as you are not requested by your friends or staff member to do so. Your comment has nothing to do with what this report is about.

This is not real life, it's a Roleplay community with a set of rules that are here to be followed. If you properly watch the video they receiving shots - if you are about to state that they were warning shots, don't even try. There is a guideline to warning shots that clearly states that they must be done only with tracer round and also specify where are you allowed to shoot.

I'm sorry but in real life police would come up to you any say if you get out the car you will be fired upon for their own saftey. So how is this not vaild roleplay towards your silly little admin dick sucking gang?

As I said again, I'm putting this report on behalf of myself. I'm personally not a fully fledged member of The Copper Kings as I'm a member of Altis Police. Therefore please leave any issues you might have with this organisation for yourself as I really really don't care. I'm not sure if using expressions such as *silly little admin dicks sucking gang* are helping your case.

 
I would like to correct myself here, upon checking your profile I've come to an understanding that you are mastermind of that "get out and dead" initiation LEO, please feel free to comment. My apologies @zPxVerorio

Are you sure you don't understand what's wrong and why are you part of your report? It feels like that as far as your ban appeal goes (same initiation from your mate mind you) you fully understand the issue. I'm sure you wouldn't be just saying that to please staff team with what they want to hear.. right?

I believe you are talking about situation that is not relevant to this report, please read fully content of MY report, I believe @TCK Pee Money has posted this video here just to show that my issue is not just an isolated incident. Please make sure to watch the video I've posted in "Evidence" bracket. However, even if they have weapons and are flying towards you, you have no right to just shoot them. This should be considered RDM. Seems like you really need to read the rules again..

I assume you are referring to rule 3.8.2

(3.8.2) As any other party: Warning shots must be issued with 3 tracer rounds past the front and rear of the aircraft. Enough time should be given to comply before taking action.

So I assume you have followed this rule about warning shots - 3 rounds (tracer) past front and rear. Or you have just sprayed the heli with normal bullets? 

 
Right. First things first. 

The attitude provided by members of the AO gang on this report a player is dreadful and the select few have been given warning points for what they have said.

Secondly once again AO gang. especially @Drood read the rules. If you think that initiation is okay then clearly you haven't read the rules or you do not know what roleplay is. Get out of the car or dead is probably one of the worst initiations I have ever heard and the fact you think that is okay is very worrying.

Leo is already banned. However noted

Twisted and Drood are not seen breaking any rules in this video + Twisted is already banned. However the fact that they think that this is fine is rather worrying and i will be keeping a close eye on them.

As for Odin, you may have got told to shoot however as the shooter you must take responsibility for shooting with a shocking initiation by your gang member which lead to you breaking rule 7.1.3
