Please (in detail) describe the incident
So basically my PCSO (Oliver) and I were in pursuit with this guy, we keep following him for a lot of time until he comes to a stop. As soon as I get out of the car he pulls out a pistol, so I approach him while pulling out my MK20 and tell him to put the weapon down, and then mid-sentence the guy starts shooting at me then I started shooting as well but due to the bush that I got in my crosshair aimed at the sky and then I got shot, and all of that happened without any initiation, and then he proceeded by killing my unarmed PCSO (evidence of the PCSO dying isn't in this video), also I tried calling him to police liaison but he didn't respond at all. (sorry for the noise that I was making in the whole video I am sick)
