So, first things first the layout of this report really has not been too helpful to look at from a staff POV. You have quoted the rules you believe "the ballas" as a WHOLE group have broken. But made no effort to identify, speak ooc or even explain to us how you think "the ballas" have broken the rules you quote on the first page. I have seen multiple POVs and multiple officers of which nobody actually explains what rules they believe "the ballas" as a whole group have broken. So ill break them down how i see fit.
The RDM claim - This obviously was a natural progression of this specific scenario. People are well within their right to turn any scenario hostile they want. As long as sufficient roleplay has been provided and its part of the moving story. Here, it clearly was. Ballas start to leave, get spiked ramming follows, they go back to there own turf in full colours and OF COURSE will defend themselves as a gang should with police on their turf.
Baiting - Pharmacy robberies is part of being a gang, they need things from those stores to do what gangs should be doing on the server. Its literally part of there job to do with the risk of obviously being caught.
Poor RP - i fail to see where the poor RP is there. It seems like you are all quite enjoying the roleplay tbh. Theres a solid 8 minutes of roleplay going on here from both sides. It wasnt the case that police showed and fled and it happened straight away. They sat and spoke to you all for a long time. That seemed like a nice interaction from both sides.
So, overall. A report like this is pretty taxing on any staff member dealing with something like this and i guess thats why its not been dealt with yet. With all the footage to trawl through. Then we would have to figure out who did what. And in all that time, you made no effort to even say how you think those rules were broken. So, i will be closing this report with no action taken as i believe there to be no rules broken. A gang is doing what a gang should be doing, they roleplayed for a good amount of time then police escalated.
So, in future if you open a report. Please state WHO broke a rule not "Ballas" and HOW you see that they broke a rule.
