So i took out my hellicopter and flew over to Advanced Rebel put my hellicopter away, then i went inside to get myself some gear and as i am about to use the Cashpoint i just get shot in the head by someone Called Bear from Inter Sexual Ivan Soicety without any initiation.

Yep, that is pretty clear cut RDM there. zero RP for shooting you and zero for executing you. Please be mindful of saying out of RP things like "no initiation?" etc. Will put it down to heat of the moment for now.
