Please (in detail) describe the incident: i landed my helicopter because i saw him crash i called the police to tell them there was a man down i said to him "should i get a defib for you he said "no my friends are coming on now and there gonna rip you" i then saw a car coming so ran back to my heli to see if there was a defib and the guy drove straight into for 0 reason.

Pretty clear to me that that was an intentional VDM, temp ban under rule A1.1 issued.
