Please (in detail) describe the incident: Went to a shots fire dispatch, and found 2 guys on the floor injured claiming a woman in a pink taxi shot them without saying anything. We found the taxi, where it was chased before she disconnected. I waited in the back of her taxi for her return when i confronted her and she claimed to have no mic and then combat logged again.

I waited 25 mins and she did not return
