This guy was hacking at rebel outpost blowing up buildings and killing people through the use of his hacks but I wasn't able to capture it. The reason for this report is not for hacking but what happened when I asked him to come to ts. Clearly, in the video, he's cussing out of rp towards me.

okey, i know the 24 hr mark is not up yet. 

but you guys did not have evidence of him hacking. But however, Staff team found later on this person hacking. 
Also indeed he is breaking roleplay. That will be noted down aswell.
