The individual in context has already been spoken to by a member of staff regarding this situation, and it was come to the a consensus of how what he said was completely unacceptable. I will still be issuing him a ban though however, due to certain things stated in his chat logs coinciding this makes me feel that maybe the "time-out" will be better for all parties involved. Hope you understand.
