[1]  Just streaming some Midnight Police work, while we're responding to a Dispatch we received about a stolen Police vehicle at Agios fuel.
[2]  While driving passed Altis Metal Exports I was randomly shot by someone named Col. Paul Walters.
[3]* INS Corrie Healy, who I was patrolling with mentioned that on his screen someone teleported behind our Police cruiser and shot me, before disappearing in thin air, sadly I wasn't able to capture that with the angle of my camera, so I'm not able to confirm this.

I've been observing the footage more closely and noticed something move on top of the silos.
Potential 'Stream Sniper', seeing as Corrie Healy wasn't being shot at, while standing besides my body? Col. Paul Walters was still aiming his firearm directly at us.​

From the video provided aswell as your twitch VOD I can see that you had no recent interactions with Paul Walters that would lead to him shooting you. We can also see that there were no other officers in the area that might've started a situation without you being aware which leads me to say that this is RDM. There was no roleplay interaction between you and Paul before he shot you and there were no officers close to him that could've started anything. He also clearly disconnects after shooting you which would be combat logging as he was logging out after starting a hostile situation.
