Please (in detail) describe the incident: I would like to start off by stating that another member of G6 and I have reached out to one of the parties in this report with an aim to liaise, once last night in OOC along with today via Discord.
Sadly we have not as of yet been met with a response.
I’ll keep to the essential info, however I believe some context as to how we reached the point we did in the scenario is essential - given that I suspect the potential rule breaks may have stemmed from frustration on The Martins not knowing the full context of the situation.
3 members of G6 (Ronnie, Daniel, Ben) were responsible for transporting 5 members of ‘The Martins’ to Bolingbrook on 07/11 at approx 23:30 - the booking details were given in the form of 3 dispatch’s to G6 with details, along with 2 photos of processing details, one in my inventory and one in Ben’s inventory.
Due to how difficult it can be to deal with The Martins coupled with their general conduct from the moment G6 arrived at MRPD, it was decided that the most efficient way to get them processed would be to let one in at a time, to avoid having to deal with multiple people shouting, walking around and making processing a pain.
During the processing, Ben needed to reset FiveM due to technical issues, which left me (Ronnie) processing the inmates, along with Daniel letting them into the processing room when needed.
At this point I did not know Ben had details in his inventory, which has resulted in me processing an inmate incorrectly giving them less months than their sentence along with processing an incorrect name - I didn’t want to let it go, as it gave an opportunity for some interaction in prison.
I knew which person I needed to change, however there was 2 entries on the Bolingbrook system with the same name, so it was decided that we would need to identify the correct inmate by their fingerprint ID’s to make the amendment - by this point, the inmates were mostly in their civilian clothes including masks. We noticed one inmate run into the canteen isolated so decided it would be best to start with them.
(Understandably, given their characters) The Martins didn’t want to cooperate, which is what we were expecting, ultimately punches were thrown and it turned into a prison fight, which was fun.
We identified the correct inmate, checked the fingerprints and the sentence time was amended accordingly - the issue now, is we have 5 people in cuffs, 3 G6 officers and we needed to get them on their feed via the infirmary, uncuffed and leave the courtyard, it wasn’t deemed necessary to request back up from police, nor was there any other G6 about to help with this.
The next 10 or so minutes was a repeated cycle of letting people out of cuffs, telling them to behave, to then get attacked - which again is fine, as G6 we somewhat expect this - although some effort in acting injuries would be nice to see, coupled with not barrelling out the infirmary and instantly punching anything in uniform, but again allowances can be made given that G6 were outnumbered and this is a tight nit group we are trying to handle, with a reputation for violence.
The issue I do have however, is two potential rule breaks.
One of which I believe to be from Connor Martin - as seen in this clip below, to me it appears that when passing Daniel at the infirmary door he drops a homophobic slur - now given accents, I could be wrong, but this is why we have tried to reach out to liaise.

If this is the case, then this I believe would be a direct violation of C1.2 - Discrimination.
Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination.

0:32 he pops a “/me heart stops”
At 1:07 you can hear Rico scream, suggesting his character has died.
At 1:31 there is someone running from the cell block back towards the group of G6 and the remaining Martins
At 1:37 he then initiates another fight with G6 by attacking an officer from behind, from the blonde side parting and ski goggles, it is clear that this is Rico Martin initiating combat 30 seconds after his character revives.
I believe this to be a violation of G4.5
Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed.
Whilst I understand that Prison is a confined space, there is still plenty of areas Rico could have used to wait and occupy himself whilst the ongoing situation was being handled, instead to me it seems as if he has swerved the option to wait out a relatively short stay in a hospital bed in place of an instant revive so he can get stuck back in.
I do still welcome the opportunity to talk this over in QE with both Connor and Rico.
