After driving into AGIOS I heard a car alarm. After seeing the hellcat getting lockpicked I drive up to it with the intent to prevent it getting nicked. Things looked a bit suspicious as there were 'hobo's walking about so I got all their names before proceeding (something I like to do before I go into a situation like this one) and jumped out my car. I kept my gun lowered to begin with so I could talk with the people there but I got shot at soon after without any communication. I was killed before I could escape.

I tried to contact him twice in sidechat and once an OOC message.

None at the time.

I identified them because I suspected something was going down and it's good to know the names of those involved should things go downhill - which it did. Sure, I used the tilde key to identify potential rulebreakers even though they hadn't broken a rule at the time. If I get banned for using the scroll wheel then at least I have helped remove another RDM'er from the server who has been ruining the game for others.

@Haywireconsider this an official warning and on record. Do not get names until someone breaks rules, not if they may break rules. I do not want to discourage people from making reports. However action can be taken for blatant violations.
