Please (in detail) describe the incident: Yesterday at around 8:30 PM Cutlass took a member of the occult to the graveyard at the church. We are using this area as a potential turf and we were there looking, not getting involved, from a distance. Occult came to church and started fighting cutlass over this kidnapping. In the gunfight 1 cutlass member got injured. While the shots were still being fired, a member of cutlass dropped a downed guy in front of us and told us to take him pillbox. He drove off and we told the guy on the ground we cant take him because we dont want to/cant get involved. A member sent a msg to a cutlass guy along the lines of: "Come back to church to pickup your boy we cant get involved". As the fight ended that person got picked up by cutlass and everyone left.

Day later I am driving down ballas and selling when I get approached by cutlass and robbed because I didn't take a member of their gang to pillbox mid-fight. The guy on the bike then says "do you remember when you didn't take our man to pillbox" encouraging that we should of break (G11.2) rule to help them out.

Robberies in general dont require a reason however this robbery and this beef that they are starting seems to be partly or completely created because we didn't break rules.

We hopped into QE after this and weren't able to resolve it. In the QE they admitted the robbery happened in part because of this reason.

My character John Scott was in desperate need of some in demand crack cocaine & he was watching other people selling said drug. Johns anger reached boiling point and decided to take matters into his own hands and rob this unfortunate individual.

I wasn’t apart of the situation with Occult yesterday so there’s that cleared up. You got robbed, is what it is.

Hope the RP can live on & we can have some interesting encounters between the 2 groups!

So first of all, I'm pretty sure I asked you once or twice because my character was fearing for his life and needed to get to safety. I had been downed for around 5 minutes I believe and got dropped at the chapel where non of the occult could see us could see so that's why I asked the question about taking me to pillbox, I also said it doesn't matter can you shout my friend over and then you did ? so isn't that just as the same as taking me to pillbox, shouting a cutlass member over while he has a gun out ?

And this is a joke of you to even try and put this up. We seen you and another Slav selling crack cocaine and we wanted to rob and grab both of you and let you both live to continue a story line between both groups. Instead before we robbed you, we had your other Slav member robbed at triads turf and then instantly says "I need to go in my head" and then instantly F8 quits we could have went straight to the forums with this because this is very poor roleplay but we didn't. so at this point we wanted to do the same treatment as you gave us this was the main reason which we would have told you.
We grabbed the last Slav and done some pretty good rp with him because we knew it wasn't the same guy and he can agree on that.

You cant expect good roleplay and then not give it yourself and go straight to the forums my friend hope this has cleared the air. But its also petty you were writing this report 10-15 minutes after the situation

you got robbed and no one likes been robbed I can see your frustration but it happens matey. sorry if its a shite reply I don't normally type or do any forum related things and I'm just saying how things are.

In the clip you provided also you told me and my other cutlass member you were going to take me to pillbox, then had a change of heart or realised you might of been doing wrong which is fair enough but then when I got dropped off you whispered along the lines you aren't going to take me to pillbox which me or my friend didn't hear. Hence why I didn't stay in my friends vehicle and would of gone somewhere else. If you thought this was a rule break why didn't you report it yesterday ?

Good morning all,

I would like to preface this report by stating that when reporting an individual or a group of individuals, please be specific. We need session IDs, names, and other relevant information. Reporting "Cutlass" doesn't make it clear who you're reporting, and for what.

Given that the reported incident spans a day or so, I'll break down the report into the allegations of each rule break individually.

(C1.8) Encouraging Rule Breaks: Forcing or encouraging another member of the community to break a rule.

I have to disagree. Cutlass asked if you'd be willing, and you said "Yes". It was only until Pumpkin clarified the zerging rule and specifically said not to get involved that you didn't. You were not forced or encouraged; you were asked to help, politely, I might add.

The implication that Cutlass were knowingly encouraging (or forcing) you to break the rule is unlikely; it's more plausible that they forgot the rule, same as you when you agreed to help them. It's an innocent mistake, but no action occurred - no harm, no foul.

(G2.12) Poor Quality Roleplay

The initial incident at the Church, the night of the gunfight, nothing suggests the rule was broken. It was a relatively short and peaceful interaction.

The second incident, the robbery. Examining the roleplay behind the robbery, they didn't pocket wipe or vending machine you; they left you alive with communication devices and allowed further roleplay to expand as they were wearing full cutlass clothing.

The motivation for the robbery is the questionable component, and whether they were robbing you specifically because you refused to break a rule to benefit them. In this instance, you agreed to help and then didn't. You then reached out to Cutlass directly to retrieve their injured member, and eventually, they did - whether it was because of you or not is unclear. It's also only evident that one of the four involved individuals is tied to that issue; the other three, their motivations could be acceptable, and the fourth piggybacked the situation - I do not know. I cannot say with certainty, and thus, will not rule in favour of a rule break.

Moving on;

I don't see any issues with the presented footage. I can understand and empathise with the reported situations; however, I cannot identify any rule breaks that have occurred. There could have been improvements on both sides that could have mitigated this entire issue from arising. One of them? Be mindful of the zerging rule on both sides.
