Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello Staff,
In an interaction today, hustler hangabout Daley was downed and taken to a dodgy. After medical RP in the car we slapped on a defib and got the Hustler member up on his feet. With three guns pointed at him, he still made the decision to try his luck and died in the process. This NVL ruined the path of RP and gave him an unfair advantage, with us not being confident enough to attempt medical again in case he tried to do the same thing. I'm sure you can see this in the clip provided.

I hold my hands up it is my fault. I didn't see Martin behind me and saw 1 person in front of me and another drop his gun so i saw an opportunity that clearly wasn't one, and I apologise for this, as it was a genuine mistake and an in the moment decision.
 
Struggle to believe this Daley, You pre-emptively dropped plastic bags instead of your gun showing how the decision was pre-decided and I highly doubt that you made that decision without checking your surroundings first. Furthermore, you pulled your gun and moved before Vinny had lowered his weapon to check what you dropped. It wasn't a split second decision as it seems your making it out to be. Either way there was 4 people in the area 3 of which pointing guns at you and your decision regardless of their intention still ruined the course of RP.
I'm going to leave the rest of this down to staff, thank you.
 
@MartinSmith Do you have a longer clip of the situation, as ultimately you've provided a 10-second clip which as stated in the report requirements on the Wiki
  • Any clips must include 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs so staff can gain some idea of context and lead-up.
And while yes, it states that an exception can be made, leave that for the staff team to decide on the matter.
 
Hello, I feel like I didn't nvl with only 2 guns pointed at me. I have no more to say on this and leaving it up to staff decision have a beautiful day to whoever is reading this.

Let's get this wrapped up then,

It's clear that Dale was outmatched here, just coming off a revive and held up by 3 armed players.
Given in mind that you are stalling and dropping a box to bait one of them.
One of them walks up to the box with gun still aimed at you and you run off in that split second.
You had ample time to view your surroundings and set up your play but you didn't see 3 guns?
Sorry but I don't believe you on this one.

I cannot say anything else than this being a classic piece of NVL.
You are at a clear disadvantage coming off a revive and having 3 armed people holding you up, yet you are chancing the 1v3.
