So we tryed to pull this datari over since the registration was wanted. we chase him from the spot he got spiked to gravia and back to the location he got spiked. Within this time noone has been out of a vehicle and we have resieved no threats. he gets spiked and rest is in the video.
A couple of hours before this incident he did it aswell. (Look at weasleys report) We talked to him on TS where he said that he thought he was allowed to since he was able to shoot with his gun. We then told him specificly that it is againt the rules to glitch restrain like that. He just leaves TS and the server while restrained after we talked to him. Couple of hours later this happens.
