Hello my name is jeep Addison a friend of crapshot, since he is banned from forums currently I will be posting this report for him but he has written everything below.

2x- stealingnhs vehicle-(2.12) NHS Medics -The NHS are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 130 slot server. It is a bannable offence to kill a medic, take their vehicle or take them hostage. In the Redzone medics may be killed however all other rules regarding medics apply.
1x stealing in green zone-(6.1.4) You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone.
As you can see in the evidencedator was warned once by me and understood that he cannot steal nhs vehicles and then later on he steals my car in gz and doesn’t come back. Thanks to the civs near me i was able to get a screenshot proving it was him the second time,as he is in the same clothing and runs past me when i leave my vehicle in the second vehicle.
