So originally David stole a truck boxer from the greenzone from a civilian that was arrested by PC Josh Echo & SGT Rekk. Considering the officers were busy I made it my mission to get him. It wasn't very hard as he crashed pretty much straight away so I took him to the police station to get him arrested and to tell him what he did wrong but then to top it off he clearly aborts to lobby and disconnects as he got knocked out just before being put in the police car. Blatant disregard for the rules.
