Violation of Rule (2.12).
After driving Delltor and an unknown player to Kavala hospital. Delltor proceeded to steal my NHS vehicle, after helping him; as seen in the video from my body cam.

Hi,

Currently Delltor is already banned. However from this video I can indeed conclude that what he did was in breach of the server rules. Because he is already banned I will add this to his existing ban notes.
