My friend and I saw 2 cops and we had a big opportunity to take them hostage and have some fun with them so I told them to stop moving and get on the ground 1 of the cops didn't apply and started to run off on a blind spot so I opened fire at one of the cops. At this time he got a little bit pissed about it because his opinion about this was that it was attempted RDM so he called it out IN-GAME and stopped role playing and was spitting on us a couple of times to fuck with us and get his self killed. I have played on different Altis Life servers where it was allowed what I did and of course they do have other rules but I believe that if you are a team you are responsible for each other actions. for e.g. if 1 of the cops ask a civ to put there hands up and he starts running off the other cop is allowed to taze him a swell I think the same about this but I don't what your opinion is ofcourse and it is not clear in the rules.

Hello friend, We did talk this over and I'm rather unsure as to why this report has been placed here but I'll continue anyway.

At the start of the video, you perform what is a blatant attempt at RDMing me. My colleague runs away and you shoot me, I was stood as still as a statue and conformed with every order you gave me, you still decided to shoot me.

I did break RP in voice very briefly where I said 'Well you did just nearly RDM me'. As I am a member of the Support team I am allowed to break RP in voice to inform you of a rule, I accept I was a little bit annoyed yes and this reflected in my role play later on in the video. 

When someone shoots me 3 times in the back, I'm not then going to play nice. I am going to spit, I am going to swear, this is human nature. Why would I even dream of playing nice with someone who has just shot me for no reason?

The spitting wasn't malicious in any way shape or form and was genuine RolePlay. You can tell the difference between someone who has just joined the server and is spitting at every hobo and his quad bike for the fun of it, and someone who is displaying the emotion of their character that in my case has just been shot several times and is obviously very close to death (around 20hp). I apologise if the 'spitting' offended you, however if you are shooting live rounds into someone, surely you can tolerate a bit of crude role-play back in your direction.

As for the RDM, Let's reflect the situation. Imagine a police officer asks 2 rebels to put their hands up. One of them runs away and the other stays perfectly still. The cop wouldn't shoot at the one who follows the orders and this should also be the case for rebels. I have got no control over what another person does and therefore it is in fact RDM to kill me because of another persons actions on such a short notice and with such little time to comply.

I feel this has gotten ridiculously out of hand and I'm quite ashamed to be having to respond to this tonight.

I do apologise, the situation was very heated and I lost my roots. I understand I shouldn't have sworn like I did and it is a horrible way to represent the member support team but I hope this doesn't negatively affect my position here, I have been here a very long time and have been a cop for over a year, I made this mistake but this is in no way whatsoever my normal attitude as I think the majority of this community would confirm.

After serious review, we've taken internal action on Tampax.

What I will say is, I can't tell if any attempt to resolve this was made before the report, and that is a key thing we look for here.

None-the-less, the actions here were very poor and he has been punished as such.

Tampax is suspended from support staff for a week. He was Tier 3, he'll be returned as tier 1 under review.

Once his Police holiday is complete, the CSI's and SI will look into the police complaint side of things.
