Please (in detail) describe the incident: My Unit and other traffic where responding to a fts call as we attend on scence to the incident 1x occupant decamped from his vechile after sometime belived to be his friend came in a red porsche and first it was normal like another person trying to understand what the ongoing situation was then after approx 30-45 secs started ramming officers officers opened fire and he eventually combat logged to prevent further RP scenario hence why im creating this report
