Me and my friend where just following this guy around, and having a talk at the aluminium processor. Then some guys try to rob us. We kill both of them, and then the hobo runs up and takes one of there guns. I tell him take he cant do that and thats against the government law, but he just says whats done is done.

So you are reporting Doggo for the following rule (2.4) and the part of 2.4 you believe he broke was, Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies. There is actually a split second when after you execute someone you can pick up there weapon as it drops on the floor so in this case  i don't think he has done anything wrong there. However.

You executed people with hardly any roleplay, as you was not part of the gunfight, you must be Rping with the people you are going to execute, unfortunately what you did was against the rules. (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

In the video you also break RP talking about playing on "server" etc 

Therefore due to the above reasoning and not seeing you on the forums or anything to defend yourself, I am not confident that you know and actually understand the rules therefore Doggo you will be banned. Feel free to appeal you're ban after you have read and understand the rules.
