Please (in detail) describe the incident

Don Mario when I first meet him in the Kavala Green Zone by the ATM is already robbing people and firing shots around like a madman. He then proceeds to tell me to get on the ground. After an Officer "Casey Latham" passes them notes and speaks to them about the rules via note he then proceeds to RDM someone.. with no roleplay involved just firing shots at people being a madman because of the server restart.
