What best describes this incident: Multiple Rule breaks including C1.7 G2.12 G7.3 and common sense
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself Jhon Smith who at this current moment is a Slavs hang about aswell as Jake Wilkinson and Jack white who are both Slav members where all together, Jack then flew out for a short while whilst me and Jake decided to drive about see what was going on, our first interaction with Donald was with Harry and at this point I knew Harry well but Donald not so much some nasty words went back and forth nothing major but was all good Donald then said he was going to put a bullet in my head to which I got out the car and walked over to him to where he pulled a gun out on me and then put it away quickly once he was informed by Harry that I was chill at this point I felt disrespected and annoyed, ( There is no clip of this I’m afraid my medal if fucked so using others clips) we then asked them to come civ impound where me and Jake was gonna kidnap Donald for being disrespectful and hopefully have some good Rp Jake then slashed there tires and they got scared and drove off. About 5 minutes later Jack flew back in we updated him on what we wanna do and he joined us making it now 3 of us. I then got a call from Liam ( Donald and Harry’s mate) saying Donald wants to apologise and all that jazz we was gonna set them up hands them and leave it there.

I set up a meeting point at the tiki bar where we could jump on the lifeguard tower to see if they would set us up with grove as that thought is always in our mind, we then see Bando come up the ladder to which he sees us and runs away after a short talk I inform the others that i have seen him twice rocking green colours and start thinking we are being set up, we move further down the road till we eventually see Harry,Donald,Liam and Bando and some other guy didn’t get his name or session id pull up, at this point we also spot someone in the watch tower, we have a short talk before we see grove pull up at this point my hands go up as I wasn’t sure if I could involve myself with the ongoing Slav v Grove beef Jake then pulls his gun drops three and then is shot by Donald which is where I classify this as teaming he should not be involving himself within this incident with grove if he was not shot Jake would have had more chance to get away I was then zip tied by chard from grove and her intentions after talking in Qe was to take me she was then told not to and leave me grove picked up there fallen members and left in my eyes that’s shit rp on there behalf they pull up shoot us and leave just like that. I was then zip tied and put it in the car with Jack and Jake and we all left, on the way to dodgy Jack dies from severe gsw and Jake is brought up by the dodgy doctor zip tied this is when we are informed that they wanna talk won’t take our stuff and we can be on our way, in my eyes I don’t mind this and I can rp this out atleast I keep my stuff and my life.

We are then driven to a hanger in sandy and told they are now taking our stuff, they first start with Jake at this point there is 4 guns pointed at him, one of the guns is blocked by another one of there members, the one behind lowers his gun I walk infront of Jake to block line of site for a split second to give him time to react, the one with the compact infront lowers his rifle and Jake strikes unfortunately doesn’t end well but I saw him drop 3 grove didn’t think this would be a problem, we spoke about this in qe and understood it wasn’t a rule break of value for life due to the fact they lowered there guns and nearly got caught of guard they then move on to me they take me out of zip ties, and make me drop my gun to which I comply, then at this point I’m stood there with my hands up, to which all I heard was should Donald do it then I got shot, then he walked over and shot me in the face again to me this is poor rp there was no need and common sense is my face would be all over the floor so transporting me would be hard. For some reason I was then taken to pillbox even tho I’ve been shot luckily the doctors did a good job and I escaped with my life but my memory is very slim of what truly happend as I was gonna rp basically bleeding out so I wouldn’t remember as it would have been the best rp. The first clip is the beach fight/teaming the poor rp is throughout the whole sit, the second clip is the sandy hanger scene where they took us out of zip ties. The third clip is where Donald admits to shooting. Originally, I was not going to report anyone else but on reviewing the clips and after speaking in qe Liam unsure if I got his id was heavily involved with him getting grove involved y as the main reason along side Donald the rp was shocking he also was apart of the teaming side of things in the original clip pulling out a compact rifle and trying to get others involved, overall it ruined the rp for the night and wasn’t a enjoyable time during it, we also took grove to qe which is where they informed us that Liam had called them there to help out to which he also admitted to.

Afternoon i would like to start of by pointing out a few missing things, the clips have shown not all what has happened and lacked context to the buliding up of what happened at the beach, from the start there was a call out on tehe raido with my friends saying about how jhon and his friend were popping tires all because donald thought he would pull out a gun on them at the civ impound, they chased them for a little but donald and harry managed to get away then said down raido about us going to look for them so we all met up on the top of big red carpark and they explained face to face on what happened with jhon so i called jhon to find out what was going on and he told me about it all so we was planning on setting up a meeting to talk it out and in city i know that grove are beefing slavs so i called chard explained whats going on and i said to her once im done i will hand them over to them. i told chard the location on where they were meeting me, harry and donald, i told bando to come along and this other guy we was with as i knew they had guns on them so i got to stand away as it was just 3 of us speaking to the other 3 incase anything happened bando and the guy were there for our protection as it would be 5 of us together, this is where 3 grove members turns up on the beach while we was trying to talk to jhon and the other 2 people with him, this is where the miss communication comes in to where the 3 grove pulls up to where we was talking, that was a mistake on their end from what we got told in QE and jhon knows that himself as grove told them it was their fault on that part, myself didnt shoot as i was gonna hands the person i wanted aka jhon so i held my gun up to him so he couldnt try run away from me, the reason why i wanted him was because of what happened just before everything and we had a little thing that happened via a week before in city. It wasn't neither sides intention to come out this way but it happened due to the miss heard communication from groves side.

As for the hanger im not too sure what you meant by blind spot as to be seen in the clip you were surrounded by 5 people with guns etc, do you happened to have a longer clip of this because you are missing all off the context on what went down, just before the clip starts you are missing out the part to where u NVL'D while having 5 people around you with weapons out.

You even mentioned about common sense but at the hanger jhon tried blocking his friend and even got shot once in attempt to gain an advantage to help his friend out to try to win situation.

Evening cheers for the reply as i said in qe i wanted you to attach your side and your clips then let staff be the judge of what should happen, Just going to break down what you said and answer as much as i can, There was no chasing involved we followed them for a little then decided it simply wasn't worth it until i got a call from yourself and another one of the boys flew in is when we decided to run it back, The second thing about handing over i understand that was your plan but that did not happen your best choice is to have done what bando did and simply leave the area hence why i asked for his clip so i could attach it to the report, from the start you can here over the radio that bando thought this was to bait and didn't think it would go well. The mistake on grove part is kinda irrelevant as like i said you could have stepped back and let them have us but that was not the case they did the work and you took the reward you could have said you have him but in qe chard said that you told them to leave him for you lot. Tbh after watching your clip your intentions where clear, In my report i did not mention blind spot to my knowledge and there where only four guns Yourself,Harry,Bando and Donald, i put there a very clear explanation as to why Jake decided to try wiggle his way out, On Jake left hand side was Donald he was Blocked by some other guy unsure on his name at the very back was harry who was blocked by you then bando in the back lowers his gun i walked in front of the line of sight as you noticed and said, you went on the radio and lowers your gun this was when Jake acted we discussed this in qe to which you said that fine i wasn't gonna raise this anyway if you would like to put up a report please do, as we have no clip if you do please attach it to this i made it clear in qe i was only putting a report up about Donald but added you to it after finding out from grove that you had the final say. It was also not me who nvld want to make that clear, I never got shot at all mate apart from the final kill that Donald did, not all context was shown in the clips including the poor rp from leaving the beach. I did have permission to use other clips as said in my first report, my medal was fucked, good to get a reply if you have Donald on forums or discord i would like him to reply if he would like to with his clips etc.

sorry for the late reply i have been busy with work in real life i have also had trouble verifying my account but i managed to fix it.

i would like to point out that my medal was not working like you said yours wasnt and from my pov at the beach the guy blacked out had pointed a gun at me so i pulled mine out for my own safety as shots started firing form grove o i defended my self when seeing a gun pointed at me if the guy blacked out that was with you has a clip to prove he didnt point his gun at me could he pleae post it as im just saying what i saw in my eyes at the timre.

it wasnt my intention for it to turn out like this cause it was a miss comunication on grrove side of things as liam spoke about it at red carpark before we came to the beach that we was going to talk and then liam was going to had them over chard but obviosly it didnt turn out that way. from seeing liams pov of what happend i would like to point out my self right now that you said liam had the final say according to grove but in the clip at the end you see ramsey say to him we ill let you deal with them so i dont know whats going on with that part of things to my knowladge. i wa only backing my own saftey.

as i said in qe i had no clue you couldnt hoot someone when there down on the floor but i swear i didnt hoot him on the floor i shot next to his head and that was my mistake and i will admit to it like i said in qe.

Gonna start by saying fair play for the reply Donald and hats of as you said in qe you struggle with writing and I respect you for taking the time out to reply, like I did with liams point ill break yours down to answer to the best of my knowledge so this can all be resolved and get back to what we enjoy most. The medal thing I get it’s great when it works but when you most need it, it doesn’t. At the beach from what I can see no gun at any point was pointed at you and from Liam’s POV you wanted to shoot it was your Intention to shoot something or someone. As I also mention in the last reply the grove thing is sorta irrelevant to a extent that you could have done what Bando did except you stood there with a gun out and pointed, Grove threw you in the deep end a little and as a matter of that things spiralled out of control and you all lost your heads and your game plans a little, it’s been a while since this all happend, My comment on Liam and the reason I added him in was before I saw any clips but the reason Ramsey didn’t want us was most likely due to the poor rp leading up to it and frankly cause he couldn’t be bothered, the person you shot on the floor was me weather you hit me or not was still your aim to shoot me in the head and my eyes you did you was pretty open in QE about not reading the rules due to the fact your struggles and didn’t understand the concept of them hence why I did try to explain them in qe but like I said prior if you have any questions about it reply to this but if nothing further to add I’m all done here
