I was waiting at the traffic lights and a stolen Audi A4. He stopped next to me and was obvious he wanted a chase. The gyazo shows who the player was.

In my Own deffence this was me pulling up to the cop car to see how many cops were in side the car to take hostage (normally only targeting 1 cop) and use as leverage in the event of police negotiaitions the reason for the cop car was prior to this a shootout in sandy shores what led to all police being killed the cop car was left and unlocked, i used the cop car to get to the city to scout for a cop to take hostage, when the cop asked me to get out the car i didnt want to get arrested with a firearm on me therefore i drove off abd lost the cop going through alleys and small tight areas.
