Please (in detail) describe the incident
So i was at the Athira bank robbing it and i see a red offroad pull up, later on the guy inside the offroad jumps out and enters the building with a rook out so i proceed to talk with him until the police come to the scene. He then shouts "Citizens arrest x2 hands up you have a gun pointed to your head dont move" i go up to the stairs and say "Or what?" then he shoots me. Later on in teamspeak he says he shot me because i wasn't complying and that i m stupid and im going make myself look bad when i call an admin. He also joins and starts to call us names like "virgins", "stupid" ect. when he joins ts he says get an admin here and i say if you want an admin you call one here and then he says okay goodbye then and disconnects from ts. He comes back and thats when he calls us names and stuff like i just said. After i get revived the police officer pc abdool sees me getting r dm'd and waits for the medic to come and then restrains me takes my gun and then fines me at NPAS.
