During my NHS patrol i enounter some civs standing around a police suv, the man called [Ds]Ulvi was standing next the police suv and was lock pinging it,
I parked my car and walked up to the man asking him to stop, the man said yes but kept on going.
When i heared the unlock sound i dediced to jump in the vehicle to use my GPS and police radio to get the man arrested.
During our ride the man hit multiple people including police officers, i tried to inform him about the server rules but the man just simple did not cared.
The video will provide enough footage to make a judgement about his behavior, i did not attempted to resolve the problem as i believe he did not cared.
