Please (in detail) describe the incident: in the morning of the 11th my character Terry Simmons was asked if i owned an abandoned pounder outside of auto exotic in the public parking. i did not so i went to have a look, after taking a little peek in the boot as the pounder was left unlocked i saw quite a few items in there and decided to yoink the pounder and steal the items inside, taking advantage of duncans mistake of leaving it out. after logging back onto the server just after 6pm i was met with a text message from duncan claiming that he has dashcam footage of me yoinking the pounder, asking for the items back. i refused, potentially opening up some fun roleplay of him trying to reclaim said items or money that he would have lost. i was open to some extended roleplay with duncan and his boys , but was very disappointed with their response to my actions leading to multiple rule breaks. upon being initially grabbed by duncan and his boys from auto exotic, i was taken to the vinewood bowl where duncan was laying his demands, saying ' whats going to happen is your going to bank transfer me the money you have made from that or your going to lose your life'. in my opinion this is clear powergaming as duncan is trying to play on the NVL rule to force me to bank transfer money to him, also treating this situation like a 100k or die situation which in my opinion also fall under low quality RP. following my refusal to pay up, duncan and co proceeded to take me on a walk around cayo perico for maybe 20 mins. this i didnt have a problem with because it made sense in roleplay to embarrass me / waste my time to persuade me to pay up. after this i was taken to the top of chilliad where i was left in zips to walk down, upon getting in reach of the bottom of the mountain duncan and co picked me up in a helicopter and forced me to walk down the mountain again which led to my death to a cougar. although i was not directly executed by duncan and co, the fact they rinse and repeated forcing mr to walk down chilliad in zips, they were putting me in a position where i could not have lived.

Good evening Mr Simmons and every nosey person having a look.

Firstly lets just straight up dismiss the Power gaming accusation as you have admitted in the clip "you had made your money" from selling my items of which you have stolen off me. Just so you're aware the Power gaming rule is as follows "Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay." This has not been done to you in any way, shape or form. We gave you plenty of opportunity to pay the money back, even threatening to cut your fingers off and torture you. As you know you just respawn and keep everything you have stolen you did not care for any further roleplay, we asked you to work to pay the debt off, offer payment plans and you were not interested in any of it because you know once you respawn that's the situation over and you keep everything that you have stolen.

Now for the alleged poor quality roleplay / execution, I thought the roleplay was good, we just didn't kill you and dump you (which is what you wanted) we made a scenario out of it, we made sure you were fed and watered before we put you on chiliad giving you every chance to live, remember we also asked you multiple times to pay some of the money back of which you kept out right refusing. You had many ways out of this, this is the roleplay avenue you chose to take not us. Now whilst walking down Chiliad you could have chosen a different track, you could have chosen to pay some money back, you could have chosen to work for the money, you could have chosen a payment plan. there is quite a few different routes but you chose this one. Regarding the execution we did not execute you, that's just natural selection mate.

We made you aware that every time we take you will be 100k wiped off your debt, so don't worry Terry we only have 9 more kidnaps to go mate.

Me and my group have been deliberating on reporting you for Poor Roleplay, NVL and Power gaming - as your own clips show I think you have broken each one of these rules.

The Poor Roleplay would be the "Not giving you money back just kill me" attitude of which you have.

NVL would be for the threats made to your life of which you showed no intention of paying the money back and were quite happy for us to kill you, IMO this is an interesting angle in terms of valuing your own life. After all, how can you spend it if he's going to die?

Power gaming would be that you have left this situation unwinnable for me, you know fine well if we kill you we have to leave the situation therefore leaving you with the money that Terry so desperately wants.

You tried to use the rules in your favour and because we've gone outside the box with how we deal with it you're upset.

So please could staff consider my points above and action them on a report about Terry Simmons (I can make a separate report if needed)

hello duncan, thankyou for the prompt response, i would like to say a few things about your response. holding a person at gunpoint and forcing them to transfer money is considered powergaming i believe. to address the '"Not giving you money back just kill me" attitude of which you have' claim, that is not the mindset that is on display here, i roleplay this character as a ratty person, initially would be hesitant to give you your stuff back, but open ended long term roleplay could potentially sway his mind, but instead of thinking about high quality long term roleplay which could've been really fun for both sides, instead looked for the quick win by breaking a fundamental rule (powergaming). in terms of kidnapping me multiple times, your poor decision to rinse and repeat making me walk down chiliad, has resulted in my death by cougar, although you have not put a bullet in my head and executed me , you have put me in a situation where i could not have survived as there are cougar spawns on all sides of the mountain no matter what path i chose, death was more than likely the end result., therefore coming to grab me again would be a breach of NLR. if you didn't push your luck and bring me back up the mountain, i would've more than likely lived and continue the rp. also making a separate report as a result of this report is a revenge report, staff please correct me if im wrong. ive got nothing more to add and am going to let staff deal with this report as they see fit.

Hello Mr Simmons,

First thing to note at no point were you forced to transfer money, we gave you many different options, ie working the debt off, paying in instalments. I think your attitude is clear for everyone to see, you know we were bound by the rules not to force you to send anything back, which is why we have decided to make you force walk around places to pay the debt off 100k per walk as mentioned earlier.

You state that you were looking forwards to extended roleplay, I severely dispute this fact as you were quite happy for us to threaten your life and offer nothing in return.

I disagree that making you walk down Chiliad twice is a poor decision, it was the punishment for your characters "ratty" actions. Duncan has walked down Chiliad in zipties many times successfully. Unfortunately you just happened to get attacked by a cougar.

Please note this is not a revenge report, we have all came to the conclusion in our discord that we were reporting you and we had started to draft write it. You just saved me some time by allowing me to tag it on to this one. I think the clips you have provided speak volumes about your numerous rule breaks and I look forward to hearing what the staff have to say.

yes 100 percent, because i had things that you wanted that were worth a large amount, it would be reasonable for my character to believe you were giving empty threats in an attempt to get your stuff back, like i said previously open ended long term rp would more than likely end up with your stuff back, instead you chose to end the rp by putting me in a position to die.
