I was role-playing as an fake police officer and asked the guy in the red ofroad for his driver license, he drove away without saying anything and came back and vdm'ed us. After he vdm'ed me and some other guys in kavala sqaure he stepped out the car and me and my friend where trying to tell him that he cant vdm. The guy was not talking because he didnt had a microphone to talk with so there was no way to communicate with Dylan. I asked Dylan 3 times to get on teamspeak but he keeps ignoring it.
