Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and around 14/15 other Marabunta members were hunting Grove from the ongoing back and forth beef we've been having over the last few weeks. We managed to scout out Eduard and proceeded to follow him. We handsed him up with myself and 3 others clearly pointing guns at his face, with demands, these were completely ignored, we told him several times that if he doesn't he's getting shot, yet he chose to clearly NVL, and instead start throwing punches.

Good evening Neve and staff that deal with this player report.
I would firstly like to apologise for how this played out, I was expecting some quality rp to come from this (not). Anyway, i abided to your commands by putting my hands up and was received with a punch. My character in a flame of anger hit back impulsively. It was never my intention to attempt to hit the second guy I believe it was a “muscle spasm” and after I hit the first guy I was planning to put my hands straight up in order to value my life. However I was gunned down, imo for no reason and there was no attempt to try hands me or rp with me which ultimately highlight your guys intentions but hay ho. If staff deem this to be NVL, im sorry and I will refine my understanding of the rpuk rules. I have yet to make a rulebreak and hope to stay this way and ensure I stay within the server rules and attempt to provide good quality rp.

From the video, you can clearly see we tried handsing you SEVERAL times, we didnt ask you once, twice, 3 times, you can hear several people ask you to put your hands up and unfortunately you refused to listen to any of us, but speak like that - idk how you want us to even give 'good rp' back to you when you're acting like that. in regards to handsing you with no 'good rp' it's very widely known that Mara and Grove have ongoing beef and this is what is happening between both gangs.

This also isn't the first time you have clearly NVL'd either, just for context - this is a time we chose not to report you - another time where more than 3 people had guns pointed at you and you ran off, resulting in us shooting you.

About the other clip. I have already clarified the miscommunication around the NVL. I think I spoke to Jenson in LOOC if he wants to go qe and clarify the NVL. He has then stated that "its alright as you probably didn't see the other guys" to which my response was "perfect because this is exactly what I was going to say". Back to the first point I was being put on the spot and had to think of a way of disguising my real voice. That was the first voice I came up with. As you can also see from the first clip. I put my hands up several times even when I was on the floor. I would also like to state the fact that I went qe about the first clip about the NVL even tho I didn't think I was in the wrong. From my personal perspective after I got punched serveral mara lowered their guns which made me believe the fact that it is no longer NVL as there was only 1 mara holding their gun to my head. To summaries if I am in the wrong I will take full responsibility and will no longer respond to this ticket as I do not like the toxicity of this war and tickets after tickets. In the end I have no problem with any of you outside the game.

In regards to the other clip, that is fine. I only wanted to add that to the ticket to show that this is not the first time that we've had NVL issues with yourself.

You can see in the video when you're lying down that you put your hands up for less than a second at 0:32 when we initially ask you.
You're then met with another demand to put your hands up at 0:34 (not complied with)
Then Tommy says 'Eduard put your fucking hands up' at 0:40 (where again you spam the hands button and they're placed up for less than a second)
Tommy then says 'Put your hands up before i wig you, seriously' at 1:02 - where you refuse to listen, again
Pedro then says 'Put your hands up mush' at 1:05 - which again was ignored
You then put your hands up at the same time as tommy punches you, which you then think is a good idea to then punch back with more than 3 people aiming guns at you - which again is ANOTHER example of clear NVL.

The times in where we asked you to put your hands up - you spammed the button for a brief second - this isn't meeting the demands of 'placing your hands up' this is a way to mess around in the situation in my opinion.

I agree that this is not an OOC issue.

I have nothing else to add, again, I will leave this here now and will let staff decide.

Afternoon all.

This is a pretty clear attempt to cut RP short bud. Looking at your inventory at the time of death, you didn't even have anything that you wouldn't want them to have. They might have shot you dead there and then, they might have taken you on a sight seeing tour of los Altis Santos. We will never know because you choose to get yourself shot. I do see your arguement of blind rage at being punched but fear of several guns pointed at you surely trumps that!

So, looking at your account you are pretty clean, so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and issue you a warning. If you find yourself in this situation again, forget the whole "wanting to get one over on your enemy gang" mentality and go with a "well, shit... They've done me here, let's see where this goes" mindset. You will enjoy the game more and so will everyone else!
