Please (in detail) describe the incident: Weaver left Vagos on his own terms. At the time they were good terms towards the gang itself but not all individuals within the gang. He continued to be apart of our Vagos discord until racist remarks were made and then we decided to kick him from the server. Since this has happened, Weaver has brought the OOC issues into the city which i will not put here but would happily discuss in TS or a suitable place. Also he has planned to 'screw' Vagos over by meta gaming. By this i mean that he is gaining information OOC to bring to CID and build a case to get the certain individuals within Vagos, and ultimately Vagos entirely to be raided by police.

Thank you for your report. From the evidence provided to staff, its clear that there is either a misunderstanding of the rules or acknowledgement of them but neglect to follow them. At the end of the day you are playing a character on a game. Everything done in game is for the character not you. Getting annoyed with situations in game and taking them out of game to try destroy the RP had in game is not acceptable.
