I was on patrol with a student, we were responding to a call in Kavala, when a hobo stole our medical vehicle and drove off, he camped until we got out until he got in.
He drove back later and then continue to drive around us not giving the vehicle back, then he proceeded to VDM car in the Kavala car park. not only has he stolen NHS vehicle but he also VDM'd
