Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was getting a car out of my garage. EliteTragic came up to me asking questions and I said I'll give him my number to contact me at a later date. Once I said then I jumped in my car and he was saying "no no no" etc. At no point did he threaten my life.

Once I took shots I decided to go back and I killed EliteTragic. Once I died, EliteTragic typed in direct chat and group chat saying "get my gun"

I tried to call him to TS multiple times and even messaged him directly on TS, 3 minutes later he disconnected.

2: Metagaming
3: NLR

I knew I should've listened to you, im sorry. I won't do it again at all. I was kinda irritated by you and your buddy's.

I did go to teams peak, which your the ones who didn't initiate before killing. I was in ts waiting for you and I also said come to ts which u didn't.

 
I was in member support waiting with @Auxen for you, you stayed in the main lobby of the server and disconnected 3 minutes after I messaged you.

I did not need to "initiate" before killing you as you shot at me, therefore starting a gunfight. You also shot without any threat to life. Not to mention, when you died you metagamed in direct and group chat for someone to pick up your gun.

 
I in fact was in team-speak with Lincoln waiting for you and you indeed disconnected after 3 minutes of us waiting for you to resolve the situation. After you did not connect for 10 minutes after you disconnected when you were asked to come on ts to resolve the situation the report was put up.

 
@EliteTragic Is that all you have to say?

Is it possible for you and @Lincoln to arrange a meeting in the support channels with a mutual staff member present to ATTEMPT to resolve this?

 
I'd be happy to try to resolve this again.

I mainly wanted to resolve it the first time to just explain where @EliteTragic went wrong so he doesn't do it again.

I guess we can try to ATTEMPT to resolve this. I'm available later today if we can arrange one with him then yea we can try. Just let me know if we can in a couple of hours.

Right then lads I'd like you to talk about it to today at some point. @EliteTragic please approach Lincoln today by 10pm or this report will be moving forward!

 
@Samatlewis I have tried and don't wish to put more effort in to attempting to resolve this. I don't believe @EliteTragic is looking at this correctly.

Attempts at resolutions failed. There was ways of learning how to improve and show remorse. This isn't about GETTING YOU BANNED it was about trying to show that players CAN be taught to improve themselves through other players and via spoken advise from the staff team (through mediation)

@EliteTragic the ban was actioned based on the low quality roleplay shown AND the previous notes you have on our database. Some people need to be punished in order to learn.
