Me and my friend were about to leave the area after putting some money onto the ATM. and then we have a crash with someone else. we both die and he is fine. nothing wrong with the crash, they happen. but he then proceeded to go into the gun store, buy a gun, and then start demanding money from us while we are on the floor. we try to say that we cant do that, however he takes it upon himself to execute us anyways. (The recording did not pick up my or my friends audio apart from his in game, however just from watching the video, i am sure this will not be an issue in coming to a conclusion).

Hi,

Sorry for the longer wait. I have been extremely busy lately. 

From the video that you provided I can judge a few things. The car crash seems to be an accident and as you said you don't have an issue with this. Thus I will not look into this further. Eric then starts to buy a weapon. When he buys a weapon he starts to demand money. You tell him that's not possible to give him since you're downed. Then out of the blue he shoots both of you. He did not provide enough high quality roleplay in any sort of way. Since he has not replied on this report and has a previous warning for RDM. He will be receiving a ban under 7.1.3 Poor Roleplay.
